Only customers can write a review. A review with the mark "Verified purchase" comes from a customer who bought the product in this store; we check this against our order records.
We publish positive and negative reviews. We remove a review only if it is unlawful, offensive, off-topic or contains personal data. We do not pay for reviews and we do not write them ourselves.
If you think a review is fake, write to [store.email].
